The service was accommodating with parking in the hotel. The room was well furnished and well-appointed, had fantastic views and featured a fridge, an electric kettle, and air conditioning.

This place is absolutely gorgeous because of the gorgeous location and the pool views. Amazingly nice, excellent staff, thanks for treating me so well. Its rooms are great-sized with very comfy beds.

The rooms were brand-new, immaculate with a spa bath on the balcony, ideal for us.

Tastefully decorated and well-appointed room and fairly clean bathroom with shower facilities, a hairdryer, and bath sheets. Very attentive staff interactions. Fast check-in, parking around the hotel.

Not accommodating staff!

I had an incredible stay at this hotel! The location couldn't have been better - right on the beach, with stunning views of the ocean. The hotel is conveniently situated in an accessible area, making it easy for tour companies to collect me for the various activities I wanted to do. The room itself was simply luxurious, with all the amenities I could ask for. The air conditioning kept me cool in the tropical heat, and I loved having a balcony where I could sit and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, providing top-notch service from room service to housekeeping. I also appreciated the on-site car park, as I had rented a car to explore the area.

Recommend this hotel to all my friends.

Old furniture and poor lighting in the room

Spacious rooms, obliging staff, clean, awesome room size, nice pool, friendly staff.

Nothing that I didn't like.

Every staff member from the gardeners to the managers were smiling and friendly. They went out of their way to accomodate your ever request. We had a seaview bungalow with a balcony that was the best. There were 2 other honeymoon bungalows just a touch bigger that were also seaview. Those seemed the best rooms on the property. Look up Bao and Ken at Rocky's bar. Great staff. Lots of fun.

It was a taxi ride to get to other restaurants etc off property. Too far away to without a 20 minute walk. Ko lanta's beaches are fantastic. Much less populated with tourist than Phi Phi or Phuket. The beauty and friendly staff and stunning facilities made for a great chill time to recharge.

We had such a wonderful time at Moonlight Exotic Bay Resort! The room we stayed in had a spa bath on the balcony, which was so romantic as we watched the sun set over the sea. The staff were incredibly friendly, helping us with everything from organizing trips to renting a motorbike. The breakfast was delicious and there were plenty of options to choose from. We also loved the green initiative of the hotel, using paper and steel straws. we had an amazing stay and would highly recommend this resort.

We stayed at a River View bungalow and despite other reviewer's comments the fact of being closer to the road did not bother us. But the roosters waking us up in the morning did!

It had a really nice private feel to the hotel

But for people looking to travel from the hotel to other parts of the island it is a bit of a hassle

The view from our room was breathtaking. We loved waking up and seeing the ocean from our bed. The hotel facilities including the pool, gym, and library were impressive. There was a free shuttle to nearby shops which was a convenient touch.

There was nothing we didn't like.
